Vor dem Kauf sollte man die Regeln und wenn m\u00f6glich 2-3 Jahre an Eigent\u00fcmerversammlungen (AGMs) durchlesen um \u00dcberraschungen zu vermeiden. z.B. kann es sein dass man 20% Gemeinschaftsgeb\u00fchren extra bezahlt wenn man es f\u00fcr Ferienvermietung anbietet, oder dass Ferienvermietung \u00fcberhaupt gebannt wurde.<\/li><li>Die j\u00e4hrliche Grundsteuer (IBI) koordiniert der Anwalt beim Kauf der Immobilie, zusammen mit der M\u00fcllsteuer (Basura) und ist unterschiedlich von Gemeinde zu Gemeinde.<\/li><li>Vor dem Kauf einer Immobilie, wenn es kein Neubau ist, sollte man einen Begutachter bzw. Architekten die Immobilie pr\u00fcfen lassen um \u00dcberraschungen wie Wassersch\u00e4den zu vermeiden.
